What type of Movement are KGZQ watches? 

When designing our watches we made reliability, precision and affordability our top 3 priorities when it came to our watch mechanics. Japanese Miyota Quartz ticks all those boxes with its extremely high level of reliability, precision and sturdiness. It was an easy choice.


Fun fact. On our team, we have Aaron our Awesome third-generation watchmaker with over 80 years experience in the family. Aaron, you are the man!



What battery is used?

We use 2 types of Batteries. The Sony SR626 and Seiko SR920SW. Both awesome life spans.

All-new battery replacements can be carried out at any local jewellers or repair shop.



What is the glass made off?

We use a tough scratch and shatter resistance glass called Hardlex. It is a heated and treated Mineral Crystal that makes our lens durable and strong.



Are KGZQ watches water-resistant? 

All our current watches are 3ATM water-resistant. Basically this means that you can wash your hands and enjoy the rain but do not submerge your watch in water for any period of time. Please be aware that our warranty does not cover water damage.




What does the Warranty cover and for how long? 

KGZQ watches come with a 24-month limited manufacturers warranty as standard from the date of original purchase. So what does this mean? If for any reason the mechanics in your watch stop working we will replace it completely FREE at no cost to you what so ever. Just contact our support team at and we will send you a brand new watch. This warranty does not cover batteries, water damage, theft, general wear ‘n’ tear or damaged glass.



My watch got damaged during delivery. What do I do?

We box our items extremely well but in the unlikely event that this happens please contact our customer support team at and we will get to the bottom of the Issue. 

If fault lays with courier we will deal with them directly and send you a replacement once we receive your returned item. Please beware this may take up to 2-4 weeks.




Do you offer Returns?

Yes. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we offer Free Returns on all orders over the value of $100USD or currency equivalent.

Returned Items must be received in new and re-sellable condition within 30 Days of delivery. We cannot refund original shipping costs.

Returns must be in original packaging with protective coverings in place and undamaged. Damaged items caused by the customer may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. 

We do not accept return items that are not returned within our 30 Day Return Policy.


Note - We meticulously inspect and test every item before it leave's our warehouse to ensure you receive your purchase in pristine working and visual condition. 100% customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.



How do I return an item and how long does it take to process?

Please email our customer support team at You will be asked to confirm your address and order number which can be found on your original order conformation email.  


When we confirm address details we will send you out a prepaid return label. This may take up to 5-7 working says to receive. You must box up your returned item, making sure it is fully protected and returned in the same condition you received it in and attach your prepaid return label we sent you.


Once we have received your returned item and it is in line with our return policy we will process your refund within 48hrs.

Please be aware that depending on your bank or original payment method it may take up to 7 days to Process and clear into your bank or PayPal account.

Will I have to pay international taxes and duties?

In some cases your order may be subject to import taxes and duties. The general fee is around 20% of the value of your purchase. If you are required to pay these fees they will be levied once your shipment reaches your country.

Import taxes and duties vary from country to country. If you would like more information, contact your local customs office for specific fees and percentages.

We are not responsible, nor do we control any international import taxes and duties that may be applied to your shipment. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.



Can I track my order?

Of course. You can watch your order fast-tracked to your door. Once we have processed your order you will receive your DHL tracking number.



Discount Codes, How do they Work? Where and when can you use them?

Discount codes can be used on all items that are not on sale at the time of purchase. You can only use one discount code at a time. 

All codes can be applied at Checkout and can only be used once.



What emails will I receive and how often?

Firstly and most importantly, we do not Spam! Like you, we find it super annoying. So, what will you receive when you register to our emailing list and how often?

You will receive your tracking number, MEGA discount codes and be the first to know of any NEW product releases.

So how often should you expect to hear from us? Between 2-4 times a month.
